AUDITION DATES/LOCATIONS

• YOU MUST FILL OUT THE AUDITION FORM and REGISTER FOR A TIME SLOT: CLICK HERE

• We will be holding two days of auditions at the Brewery Arts Center in Carson City:

  • Tuesday, May 17, 6:00 - 9:30 pm

  • Wednesday, May 18, 6:00 - 9:30 pm

  • Callbacks will be held on Friday, May 20 from 6:00 - 9:30

 

NOTE: There is no fee to be in this show, and all actors will be a paid a small stipend.

REHEARSALS

• May 31 – August 18

• Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays: 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm

• Rehearsals are in Carson City at the Brewery Arts Center

• Please note, you may not be called for all rehearsals and you may be scheduled for only a portion of some rehearsals. Conflicts will be taken into account when scheduling so please be honest.

• Tech week (August 14-18, 5-10pm), and shows are MANDATORY for all cast members.

• August 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28

• 7:30 Friday and Saturday Evenings, 2:00 Saturday and Sunday Matinees

PREPARE

• 16-32 Bars of Music (uptempo or ballad) that best represent your voice and one of the monologues from A Chorus Line (see monologue choices here).

• Please bring pre-recorded accompaniment without lyrics (Karaoke style track).

• Accompaniment will NOT be provided, however we will have a speaker to connect your phone, tablet or music player to.

• No a cappella singing will be permitted.

• Bring your photo and resume if you did not upload those to the Google form.

• Audition Attire: Leotards, Tights, Dance Skirts, Jazz Pants, Tank Tops, Polo Shirts, No Baggy Clothing. Dance Attire Only.
